Farmers in developing countries usually dry their seeds (such as rice, corn, and others) and chopped tubers (such as chopped cassava and other chopped starchy tubers) on solar dryers. However, during the harvest time in the rainy season, the prolonged rains can cause remarkable damages to their harvested seeds and tubers. The seeds may rot or sprout and the chopped tubers may rot if they are wet within a longer time.

There are available mechanical dryers on the market but the poor farmers of the developing countries may not be willing to spend money for the petroleum fuel or electricity consumption especially when their products are being sold in very low prices.

In developing countries where the farmers are still using animals to pull the plow and to pull the carts, the farmers can dry their seeds and chopped tubers in the operations that can be reduced to ZERO-COST processing by using their large animals to run a mechanical dryer that is heated by using zero-price agricultural wastes like rice hull, corn stalk, bamboo, wood, coconut leaves and husks, rice straw, banana leaves, and many others as the zero-cost fuel. To help the farmers of the developing countries, Marlon Pinkihan Viernes invented the Low-Cost Animal-Drawn Mechanical Dryer For Seeds And Chopped Tubers. MARLON PINKIHAN VIERNES WAS UNDER ATTACK

                Marlon Pinkihan Viernes was a political activist who initiated a massive online campaign on 2013 to transform the Philippine Government from the unitary form to the federal form of governance. Through his internet gadgets in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, he struggled to communicate to all Filipinos in the entire world through email, Youtube, and other internet accounts.

                After suffering attacks in Canada, Marlon Pinkihan Viernes filed a claim for refugee protection instead of asylum. He was a co-counsel alongside with a blonde Canadian lawyer during the hearing for the said claim. The acting judge for the said hearing decided that Marlon Pinkihan Viernes was allowed to file a petition where he could present additional evidences to support his claim.

When Marlon Pinkihan Viernes arrived in the Philippines together with two blonde Canadians, he discovered that he was accused with having a criminal case. But it was not really his case – it was another person’s case in a Philippine court and the said criminal case of other person was already dismissed on 2006. Marlon Pinkihan Viernes did not taste imprisonment in the Philippines. When he was on the bus on his way home to the Northern Philippines, he started to think that such falsity was possibly the reason why he was totally freely moving when he arrived at the airport together with the two blonde Canadians.

                In 2014, Marlon Pinkihan Viernes continued creating campaign materials for the massive campaign to promote the Philippine Federalism. He traveled in many places in the Philippines for the said mission.

                After the victory of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte in the presidential election in 2016, Marlon Pinkihan Viernes tried to present messages to the said President to counter the massive attacks against the Philippine Federalism from the large network of anti-federalists in the Philippines.

                Marlon Pinkihan Viernes suffered attacks from unknown perpetrators; so, he transferred living in different places for several times to avoid attacks. The attacks on Marlon Pinkihan Viernes that started in Canada and continued in the Philippines include the intrusions in his home and tampering his food by the unknown intruder/s for several times. He suffered perpetual attacks and torture from unknown perpetrators.

The attacks on Marlon Pinkihan Viernes by unknown perpetrators continued even he kept on transferring in different places inside the Philippines as the move to escape from the unknown perpetrators. He wanted to survive in order to move to the West and never look back. He spent money and income-producing time for the Philippine Federalism – then he became so busy in struggling to raise money for his travel and permanent stay to the West.

                Even the richest countries may become severely affected by disastrous situations from nature like the pandemic COVID-19 (Coronavirus Disease 2019), volcanic eruption, earthquake, hurricane, and others.

                During the times that the learners need to stay inside their homes or evacuation/shelter areas for their safety, they can still cope with the lessons that they should have studied personally in school. In this form of alternative education during emergency situations when the learners need to stay in their homes or evacuation/shelter areas, the test/quiz papers are sent to the teacher through mail then returned back to the learners via mail after checking them.

                In the regular times when there is no calamity and everything is normal, the lessons from the said state learning-televisions and state learning radios can still serve as supplemental items that can improve the quality of education.

                For economic reasons, all of the said state television and radio institutions can use common communication/transmission steel-towers in every designated area in all the necessary points in the entire country.

                In the times of emergency, the private learning institutions can also link with the said state learning –televisions and state learning-radios.

                In a situation that is similar to the COVID-19, learning while staying inside the homes or at the evacuation/shelter areas with the policy of ZERO MOBILITY FOR CIVILIANS can remarkably prevent the quick spread of the deadly virus until there is no more threat – better than allowing the big possibility of the death of almost all people in the entire country.
